With Zuni, you get a lightweight Storage management system. Designed for simplizity and usability, Zuni encompas a website for administration and a mobile site for "App" functions such as QR scanning of labels and putting asset into production or onto a location.
Zuni is designed and implemented with the User Experience in mind.
How
By following a process of bringing a laptop connected to a small labelprinter to your storage locations, you can register your locations, assets and much more in Zuni. After registration of assets and locations, Zuni will present a barcode (QR) that you can print and put on the item or location registered. When it is done - and this could take a long while to do - all you have to do is open the Zuni webapp on your mobile device (link to the webapp is presented on the Zuni applicaton), scan the QR code and be presented with the data you have entered.
Is it an asset, you will be presented with options to move it to production or - if it is already marked as in production - place it on a location.
Or you can adjust the amount of the same asset on the specified location.
Clients
Schoeller Plast uses Zuni for registering moldingforms details and locations. Zuni gives the opportunity to have one or more of the same asset on same location. Primary function is the Mobile Scanner included for easy location and identification of assets in the storage.
