Who is the data controller

What data we process
Only what you fill in yourself in the booking form:
- Name
- Organisation
- Any message you write yourself
We do not collect data automatically. The site uses no cookies and no tracking, apart from a single cookie that remembers your language choice.
What we use them for
Solely to contact you about a pilot and answer your enquiry. Not marketing, and we do not sell or share them.
Legal basis
Your consent by submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and (f)).
How long we keep them
As long as the pilot dialogue is relevant, and then they are deleted. If the enquiry leads nowhere, we delete them within 12 months.
Where data is processed
In the EU. We use no US vendors or services subject to the US CLOUD Act to handle them.
